Welcome to St Mary’s & St Leonard’s!davidrice

Our aim is to be a congregation that seeks to be open both to God and to others: our neighbours, our local community and the wider world. On this site you can find details of various services and activities through which we seek to make this a reality. We recognise that people have different gifts, needs and aspirations and we hope that amidst this variety you will find things that are both interesting and helpful.

Growth is important for us in our Christian life and we need feeding and nurturing. We hope that our churches will offer you an environment where your understanding of God and the world can grow and deepen. I wish you well. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with me if you feel you want to speak further about our parish and how you might become involved.

St Mary’s is open all day to visitors, for coffee in the mornings on Monday, Friday and Saturday from 10am until midday, and in the evenings it is available for hire. See our schedule of activities including services on the calendar.

St. Leonard’s Church is a few minutes walk away, by the Thames path, where you can also enjoy our churchyard. Whether you live here or are just visiting for a short while you are very welcome to join us.

Please explore this site to learn more about our parish or look at our leaflets among our welcome documents. You can also find us on the Church of England web site.
